In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money paid by you online through this payment gateway, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of final proposal document sent over email after which you have made your first payment and started using the services. The Final proposal document sent over email at the time of initiating the services provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their online payment done through this payment gateway and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact Edominer Technologies via email at accounts@edominer.com.

Requests received later than 7 (seven) business days from the date of payment online will not be considered for cancellation instead it will only be treated as request for cancellation of services for the next service period.

 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create software and services suitable for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund for the payment done online through this payment gateway towards that service.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of wallets etc. payments refund will be made to the same account.
